How can I recover my password?
Can’t you remember the password you used when you created your account? Follow the steps bellow to request a new password.

- Check if you are entering the correct password.
- Too see what is the password you are typing, just click the icon next to the password field (
).

- If you can’t recall your password, click the option: Forgot my password
- This will open a new window. There you need to insert phone number you used when you signed up.
- Keep in mind that when typing the phone number, it should only have numbers, no spaces or additional characters.
- The phone number must have the country code without the zero + the phone number. Ex: 2199214321

- After entering your phone number, just click on: New password.
- REMEMBER that you can request a new password just twice throughout the entire duration of your account. Therefore, you should keep the password in a safe place.
- A new password will be send via SMS until maximally 15 minutes.
- If you don’t receive your new password, request assistance through the different communication channels at your disposal: Support
