What should I do?
If you don’t have access to the Internet or if you feel like the your internet connection or personal computer are not safe enough to reach our services, then you don’t need to worry. We suggest:
- Using a public Internet access service, like a shopping center, coffee shop or cyber cafe
- Asking a friend if you can use his/her Internet
Don’t worry you can use a public internet access service (like in a shopping center, for instance), or ask a friend to access for you.
If the friend you have in mind happens to be far away from you, like in another city, for instance, then take that as an opportunity to visit him/her while, simultaneously, you solve your problem. This friend of yours may even create you account, however, the questions asked during the Online Medical Consultation shall be answered solely and exclusively by you, as honestly as you can.
