It is a white and hexagonal pill (six sides). On one of its faces is written the word SEARLE above a central line. Under this line we can find the mumber 1461. On the opposite side, it is possible to see the drawning of a double stomach. Plenty of these pills are no longer produced with the image of the double stomach, just showing a flat surface on one of its sides.

What if the meds are hexagonal and it haS a searle 1461 print on the other side but NO print of a double stomach on the other side? Its not counterfeit?

We can’t answer precisely. We don’t know the origin of the pills. Visual identification is not a factor to recognize counterfeits.
Hello..I take 4 pills of cytotec after 4 hours I take 2 pills again.
